1. What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day free returns on all eligible items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a return at no cost to you. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. How long does shipping take?
Our orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability, but we’ll always provide tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return at info@prestizowydom.com and we will send you step-by-step instructions.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Poland only .
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
